Refund policy
Hey babe, let us talk returns… here at bettylou we understand some items simply do not fit or they are just not for us so here is our policy.
Returns and exchanges must be sent back and be with us within 14 days of you receiving the goods. The items should hold tags and be in original packaging unworn.
Sale and custom items are non- refundable.
Posting back to us
We expect you to pay postage back to us as a small buisness we simply cannot afford to pay for returns so please be aware of this when purchasing.
We recommend paying for tracked delivery in case a parcel goes missing on the way to us, we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are sent with no tracking that go missing.
Faulty goods
Whilst we pride ourselves on quality, we understand that sometimes faulty items can occur as we outsource manufacturing. Following the consumer rights act if you find the item of unsatisfactory quality and our checks do the same, we shall issue a refund.
For faulty items problems should be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
Buying an incorrect size is not classed as faulty goods.
Fo faulty goods claims or refund/exchange claims please contact us on socials (instagram/tiktok) by email bethlouiseapparel@yahoo.com or by contact form on this site. For faulty goods we offer exchanges and refunds. Refunds will have deductions for any shipping and postal fees again please be aware of this postage is not a faulty product it is an add on to the product you purchase.
Processing time for refunds and exchanges
Once we have received your refund, please allow up to 7 working days for us to inspect and a further 3-5 days for any money (if monetary return) to appear back on your card, or for us to send out a new item. Exchanges can only be made for faulty items if we hold the stock we would like to apologise now if we do not have the stock in and we have to offer a Money return instead. In this instance we will do our best to be back in stock of the item if it is a returning item and not discontinued.
Returns process
Drop us a message with your concerns stating any issues and your preferred refund type: exchange/voucher/refund. Send your return back to us we will process it as a refund or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Custom garments cannot be cancelled or returned so please ensure you purchase these carefully
